We spend our last days on Greenland traveling back north to Storoe, go hiking, ice bathing and just enjoying life

Les merAs our time on Greenland quickly comes to a end. We power thru to experience as much as possible these last few days.

Les merWe start moving our way back north along the coast of Greenland but get tangled in a big icebelt.
Les merWe are now following the footsteps of the Norwegian polar explorer Fridtjof Nansen. Skiing on the inland icecap and spending a night ashore.
Les merWe get some new crew onboard Polar Sector, and sail 120nm south to Fridtjof Nansen’s Halvoe
Les merToday we came across something unexpected. Dating back to the 1940’s
Les merToday we got to visit our first settlement on east Greenland, and the people who live there.
Les merWe go ashore on Storoe and look for old settlements. We also go for an unorthodox anchorage for the night
Les merWe’re still heading south along the coast, moving thru ice and soaking in the experience
Les merWe try to push thru an ice-packed sound, and encounter some really big icebergs
Les merWe visit an abandon Metrological station on the island Aputiteq
Les merWe’re leaving Kraemer OE and start moving our way down the coast. We tie up to an iceberg to pump over some delicious freshwater.
